Which diamond wheel is recommended to sharpen meat grinder plates and knives?

After watching the video with instructions on sharpening meat grinder plates and blades I wasn’t sure on which grit to use. I’m assuming it’s the extra fine. Please let me know. Thank you

Hi Jack,
On the video we are using the DF-250 Diamond Fine. If you would like to have an even finer surface you can use the Extra Fine Diamond Wheel DE-250.
