If you can measure the diameter of the actual diameter of the sharpening wheel and adjust the size according to the actual diameter on the WM-200 Anglemaster, minimum size of the wheel is 150 mm.

The current size is148mm and shrinking.. So it will not work now.
The enclosure of the wheel is covering at least two thirds of it. I reckon that even when a new wheel >150mm, it would not be possible to use the Anglemaster, not?
The problem is, that you can't compensate the diameter below 150 mm on the AngelMaster WM-200. The result will be a wrong angel when using the chosen angel. To repeat the existing angel on the tool, you need to use the edge marker method.
