What do I do with the standard grinding wheel if I do not use my Tormek T4 for longer (> 1 month)?
My options:
- remove for this time
- wet more often with water (one time per week may be)
or
- what do they recommend???

Just keep it simple, after you've finished your sharpening, pour the water out of the water trough, take out the residue into the bin (don't pour it with the water in the sink, you'll clock the syphon after a while!) The stone don't need any treatment, just keep the machine above 0 degrees to prevent the stone (when he's wet) to crack.
