Is it possible to switch a 120/130v T4 to 220/240v?
In other words; If I purchase a T4 in the US, when I relocate to Europe - will I be able to use it in Europe?

I am sorry, but you cannot switch between 115V and 230V.
Both motor and main switch are different. You can step down the voltage from 230V to 115V with a simple converter.
The problem is the frequency. You have 60Hz in the US and 50Hz in Europe.
Running a 60Hz motor at 50Hz will make it run slower and hotter. It works ok, but you have to keep the temperature under observation and let the machine cool down in between sharpening sessions.
