Is the Tormek warranty transferable?

Is the warranty transferable if I purchase a T8 and they registered it correctly
​ Can I also check that it is registered correctly if I have the serial number?

    If you have the original receipt and the registration is correct the warranty is transferable.
    We can check the serial number if it is registered correctly.

  • Original receipt?  Is a scanned and digitally stored receipt acceptable?  I find thermal receipt paper doesn’t tend to stand the test of time.  I’ve just ordered an anniversary edition and quite excited but chances are the warranty will out live me and may want to transfer it down the road.
