Thumb on honing wheel on Tormek T-1 Kitchen Knife Sharpener.
I just got the new T-1. When running it makes a knocking noise as the wheels rotate and you can feel a slight vibration with each knock. I attached a video demonstrating it.

What you are experiencing is completely normal. In general, if you hear or feel a thump when you start the machine and with each rotation, like demonstrated in your video, it is probably an imprint from the motor shaft on the drive wheel rubber friction ring. This will go away with regular use of your Tormek T-1.
If your machine sits unused for longer periods, the motor shaft can leave a small imprint on the rubber wheel. This is nothing to worry about and should disappear after 5-10 min of use.
