Power at the Housing

Hello,
My Tormek T8 has power running through the housing; when you touch it, you can clearly feel that.
Can you give me any ideas as to what might be causing this?

    I am very sorry for the delayed response.

    Our motors are grounded through the metal housing. If there is any leakage current to ground, it can sometimes be felt through the universal support. This leakage can come from a transformer or other electrical equipment connected to the same circuit.

    Please test the machine using a power outlet on a different electrical circuit and see if that solves the problem.
