Can I sharpen steak knives and sushi knives on the Tormek T-1 Kitchen Knife Sharpener?
Can I sharpen steak knives with the T-1 Kitchen Knife Sharpener? How a a sushi knife? Any recommendations for both?

you can sharpen every kitchen knife on the Tormek T-1 Kitchen Knife Sharpener which has the following size: blades 12–60 millimeters (0.5–2.4 inches) high and up to 5 millimeters (0.2 inches) thick, with unlimited length. Serrated knives are not possible though.
You can sharpen Sushi knives, different angles on both sides of the blade or just one side of the blade.
