changing the grinding wheel

I have removed the nut holding the wheel on, but the washer will not come off. It has a build-up of rust on it and I have soaked it with wd-40 several times and still can't get the washer or wheel off.

Try to take out the main shaft from the machine and clamp it with protection in a vise and try to turn the nut with a pipe wrench, also with some protection so that you don't leave marks on either shaft and nut. You have to clean both parts and free it from the stain. I worst case there is a spare part MSK-250 (for T-8 models or older) and the MSK-200 (for the models T-4 or older). This is the mainshaft with all parts you need to exchange your main shaft with the stainless steel one.
I hope I could help you with your question.
