I am searching for a handbook or instructions for my Tormek machine. Where can I get that for my language?

The Tormek Handbook HB-10 is included with every machine and its language depends on your country of purchase. You can also buy the handbook from your reseller. Jig instructions are available for download, see each jig's product page.
