Hi,
The Tormek T-1 Kitchen Knife Sharpener is designed to sharpen the vast majority of kitchen knives.

The patented guide can handle knives with blades 12–60 millimeters (0.5–2.4 inches) high and up to 5 millimeters (0.2 inches) thick, with unlimited length.
