T4 - Annual maintenance / What type of grease
Hi from the UK. Making good progress on sharping and polishing my Japanese kitchen knives and my hunting knives. What maintenance routine (annual or more frequent) is required on a T-4? Could you be more specific about what grade/type of grease to use on the msk-200. I am an enthusiast but as definitely not as knowledgeable as a trained operator. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

The best choice is a white, food grade and synthetic grease, ISO 2811.
But simple Vaseline works fine too.
Once a year if fine, except you sharpen alot I would check from time to time if enough grease is in the bushings.
