• Tools like planer blades have such a large grinding surface that we recommend one of our larger models, like the Tormek T-8, for this purpose. Also the size of the jig requires a steady base that the larger machine models offer. It is also an advantage to have the SB-250 Tormek Blackstone since it has a faster material removal. Using the Tormek T-4 will take much longer time due to the stones size, but it will work.
