What jig do I use for sharpening of a Spoke shave blade?
I have a spoke shave with a blade that I would like to sharpen. I'm wondering which jig would be best for that please. It's a stanley 151 spoke shave
Kind regards
Nigel

You can use the SE-77 Square Edge Jig, and sharpen it according to the instruction for Planer blades, even Spoke shave blade with an radius is possible.
You may eventually clamp the blade not very deep in the jig to reach the stone without touching the jig on the stone. Then you have to controll the allignement with a small carpenter square that the blade is correct set.
If the blade is to small you can use the KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig, then just alligne the edge parallell to the jig's ffront.
we try our best.
