No burr, the edge stays flat

Hello, im trying to sharpen a knife with flat Edge( not v shaped, i have to create the v edge), but your tormek t4 doesnt create any burr and the Edge stays flat.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Can you attach images and/or video of what your problem is and we will have a better chance of helping you with your issue.
