Ma meule ne devient pas plate avec le TT-50 redresse meule
Bonjour , malgré le passage du module TT-50 en diamant pour rectifier la meule , ma meule reprend cette forme après avoir passer le prépare meule sp-650 , pouvez vous m'aidez ?

Merci pour votre message. Parfois si la meule est beaucoup hors forme il faut faire plusieurs passes avec le TT-50 redresse meule pour le rendre complétement plats.
Si jamais vous passer le SP-650 pendant longtemps sur le bord de la meule vous aller pouvoir la déforme de nouveaux. Essayer de mettre la pression égale sur toute la meule.

but even when paying attention the problem persists
I soaked my classic sg-200 grinding wheel and prepared it sp-650 grinding wheel in a tank overnight? could this be the cause?

Thank you for the photos. From the pictures I see your SP-650 Stone Grader has been rounded of use and therefore when you use it on the grinding wheel the wheel gets the same shape. Try to use the SP-650 all over the surface moving the SP-650 from side to side on the wheel. You can turn the SP-650 180 degrees and use in length wise which should help and avoid the same problem reoccurring.
Also on the 1st picture when you have trued the stone with the TT-50 the surface looks like you have trued a deep pass which gives it an uneven surface. Try to take shallow passes and if you need to take away a lot of material take several passes instead.
