The SVM-45 Knife Jig gives different angles on each bevel on thick blades
When i use the swm-45 with knivs with fat blade about 5-6 mm
When you turn then knife right or left you get too diffrent angels how do you solve this? About 3-4 degres
White thinner knifs ther is not this problem.

This was the case the SVM-45 Knife Jig, since it had one fixed, slightly offset jaw, and the other jaw was adjustable. This means it would only center blades of a certain thickness and geometry. As you have experienced, thicker blades will not be centered in the jig. The same is the case for knives with a tapering from spine to edge or lengthwise.
To get as even and symmetrical bevels as possible with the SVM-45 Knife Jig, you would have to change the jig settings when sharpening the other side of the blade.
We released the KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig this spring (2022) that always centers the knife in the jig for a symmetrical sharpening, regardless of thickness or geometry of the blade. If you have many thick or tapered knives to sharpen we'd highly recommend you have a look at it: https://tormek.com/en/products/grinding-jigs/kj-45-centering-knife-jig
Hope this was helpful.
Stay sharp!
