Yes, you can. With the TT-50 Truing Tool you get your Japanese Waterstone again perfect round and flat.
Just be carfull att the end when you "leave" the stone, i prefer to take the last bit again from the outside of the stone.
To avoid a catch, try to sharpen edge trailing... You'll need for that the Multi Base MB-102.
