Embeded particles in SG-250 Stone

I am curious if this issue has come up, and what can be done to eliminate the poblem I am experiencing?

It appears that particles from the stone grader (I use it frequently) occasionally embed in the SG-250 stone. These embeded particles can be felt and heard ticking on the edge of the tool being sharpened as these embedded particles come around in rotation of the SG-250 wheel and make contact with the edge of the tool being sharpened. Neither side of the stone grader seems to remove the embeded particle(s) from the SG-250 wheel. I have to dress the stone with the TT-50 in order to remove the embeded particles from the SG-250 wheel/stone. This happens enough that it is not only a nuisance, but it also reduces life span and longevity of my SG-250 stone, as I am dressing the stone more frequently than necessary.
Thank you in advance for your comments based on what I am experiencing with my T-8 machines.

can you please contact us on support@tormek.se with your contact details.
This is absolutely something we want to research, this os totally now to us. We have this issue on the SJ Japanese Waterstone, there we strongly not recomment it, but on a SG Tormek Original Stone, we've never experienced and heard of it.
