Can I sharpen cermic knives on the Tormek T-1?
I'm thinking of purchasing a Tomek T-1. I have some ceramic knives; can I sharpen them on it?
If, yes, do I use the honing wheel, as I understand there is no burr created like with steel?

Yes, you can sharpen ceramic knives on the Tormek T-1 Kitchen Knife Sharpener, since it is equipped with a diamond wheel.
Unlike steel knives, ceramic knives do not require honing.
When they lose their sharpness, you simply sharpen them on the diamond wheel.
