Difference between 4000 model and T-7

• Our 4000 model, which we no longer build, was designed for commercial kitchens. The housing was made out of stainless steel, but the machine had the same stone and honing wheel as the Tormek T-7. After the update of the T-7 there is no longer a risk for rust on the housing. We noticed that those who were torn about which machine to buy finally choose the T-7 so we decided to stop building the 4000 model.
